About Role:

To be a successful storekeeper, you must be able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour with customers. A good storekeeper manages stock by keeping track of sales and ordering replacement items as needed, as well as occasionally purchasing new products that customers may enjoy.


  • Keeping track of sales and restocking the store as needed.
  • Managing and training store employees.
  • Planning promotional campaigns for new or special products.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
  • Mediating any conflicts between employees and clients and de-escalating the situation.


  • It is necessary to be organised and punctual.
  • Professionally presented and presented.
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in a management capacity, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
