About Role:

We need a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The position is complicated. He or she will be more than just someone who oversees the work of others. A supervisor is also in charge of coaching, problem solving, and acting as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.

Responsibilities:

Set performance and deadline goals that are consistent with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate them to subordinates.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their responsibilities or tasks.
Employee productivity should be monitored, and constructive feedback and coaching should be provided.
Receiving complaints and resolving issues
Keep accurate timekeeping and personnel records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a supervisor or in a related role
Knowledge of company policies and industry legal guidelines Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
Excellent MS Office skills Diploma/Certificate in first-line management or a related field
