About Role:

You will assist our franchise partners in delivering the lowest possible sustainable cost, ensuring the continuity of quality supplies, and providing markets with simple supply chain processes for the Pizza Hut Brand.

Responsibilities:

Create long-term food category strategies to ensure adequate supply at a reasonable cost for current and future business needs (cheese, tomato, dough blends, seasonings)
Lead global/regional negotiations to leverage global/regional PH scale to provide franchise partners with the most competitive pricing.
Manage strategic supplier relationships, which include annual business reviews, supplier performance management, and day-to-day execution.
Create and maintain comprehensive contingency plans for assigned categories.
Support alternate supplier and specification development projects in order to build capacity, reduce risk, and save money.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business/Engineering, or equivalent experience in Purchasing/Procurement. Experience with supply chain and logistics is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Ability to articulate issues and recommendations to Franchise Partners and Senior Management.
Solid regional exposure with pragmatic views of various market practises and a proven track record in: Overall Group Sourcing Management with Significant Savings and Cost Reduction
Contracts for Long-Term Purchasing
Transfer and Leverage of Industry Best Practices/Tools High-level or complex supplier negotiations.
