About Role:

Report on End-End ME & MISSA supply chain KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (Perfect Order, OTIF, DSIs, CIPs, Customers Claims). Review the monthly E2E supply chain KPIs and dashboard. Liaise with end-to-end supply chain teams, including planning, customer service, and D&T, to challenge and validate SC performance metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Work with the EMEA Supply Chain analytics team to improve the accuracy of current reports and to drive the automation of manual reporting for ME and MISSA.
Create reports to track the status and performance of the Supply Chain project portfolio.
Capture and create new Supply Chain reports/dashboards to improve visibility of performance and cost.
SOPs and work instructions for Supply Chain operations should be documented and developed.
Assist with Supply Chain projects as needed (focusing on IT requirements).

Requirements:

2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
Solid MS Office and database skills are required, as are knowledge of important systems and tools such as Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, SAP, and JDE.
Excellent presentation and data storytelling abilities.
High business sense and demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain operations.
Control over the final analytical results.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
