About Role:

The Supply Chain Analyst plays an important role in assisting the MENA Supply Chain Manager and the local MENA team in managing this complex region. This position will support the MENA region’s supply chain, customer service, and logistics. The role is in charge of managing, facilitating, and coordinating customer orders, as well as inbound and outbound logistics for the Dubai warehouse. Planning, taking orders, checking stock availability, and fulfilling orders by arranging shipments to various MENA markets are all part of this.

Responsibilities:

Send orders to global supply chain customer service and monitor SAP order status.
Monitor and update the open orders report based on the status of produced, booked, and shipped orders.
Work with the global supply chain and customer service team to complete all pending orders and request an estimated availability update.
Review the Dubai warehouse inventory overview weekly and notify the Supply Chain Manager of any out-of-stock situations.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of order fulfilment, customer service, and logistics.
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external customers and all global contacts.
Manage, plan, and organise workload independently within established deadlines in a team-oriented, high-volume, high-stress environment.
