About Role:

Prepares materials for Demand planning (PSI) and business update meetings where critical supply and demand issues are discussed in order to make decisions. Performs planning to ensure sales and production visibility by improving and stabilising logic that provides Return On Investment (RTF) Analyzes supply chain problems by anticipating mid-long term demand and resources in order to establish an optimal supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides material to manage the initial ramp-up and launch of each model, as well as effectively allocate and manage resources based on the Product Life Cycle (PLC)
  • Prepares supply strategies and quantity allocation based on profit and loss by analysing supplier location competitiveness (lead time, logistics cost, custom tariff, material costs, etc.)
  • Performs stock management with consideration for each country/lead region’s time in order to prevent and manage ageing stock, albeit in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Provide SCM input for strategic annual/quarter plans, as well as (R)HQ presentations/reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of SCM experience, as well as experience managing and developing direct reports
  • a university education
  • PSI knowledge is required.
  • Exposure to the electronics industry is preferred.
  • Highly Microsoft application proficiency: especially Excel advanced skills Organized and detail oriented
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
