About Role:

GRADE Refrigeration is an Industrial Refrigeration contractor based in the Middle East and North Africa. The Supply Chain Officer will devote himself to improving the profitability of the Company and its affiliates to the best of his ability. The Procurement/Logistics Manager will be reporting to the Supply Chain Officer.

Responsibilities:

Provide and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services as required by GRADE departments in a timely manner.
Obtain additional information about departmental/office requirements and prepare recommendations on vending sources.
Examine and analyse departmental/project purchasing requirements to develop an effective procurement strategy.
Participate in the specification development of services, equipment, products, supplies, or substitute materials.
Conduct meetings, prepare and present reports, and provide information to identify purchasing needs, establish business plans and performance goals, and report performance against plan and business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Business Administration/Related Certificate
5 years of Supply Chain experience
Excel and Word skills are required.
ERP system expertise
Capability to create reports and presentations
Interpersonal and negotiation abilities
familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
Understand the import-export mechanism and documentation for goods and services.
Be familiar with regional export regulations and procedures.
Capability to prepare, analyse, and comprehend feasibility and market research updates
