About Role:

Successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos, as well as have a genuine understanding and appreciation of the region’s values. To deliver lessons that motivate students to succeed in order to achieve the best possible results.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration and teamwork
To be an effective communicator at all levels.
Maintain positive relationships with all members of the school community.
Collaborating with other teachers to plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
Collaboration and adaptability are required.
Collaboration with parents to ensure the happiness and academic success of all children.
Working collaboratively with curriculum support staff (where applicable) to promote the development of children.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject plus a PGCE or other teaching qualification
IELTS score of at least 7.0 in ‘General Previous experience working with students whose first language is not English’
Teaching enthusiasm and a commitment to educating the whole child
A high level of professionalism and concern for children’s well-being
Participation in extracurricular activities that has been recent and consistent Respect for all members of a school community, regardless of position, gender, age, or ethnic background
A positive and solution-focused approach to work
