About Role:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that support student learning based on the approved curriculum. Maintain current knowledge of primary school education. Create work plans and lesson plans. Choose (or create) challenging learning outcomes based on the curriculum for students of all backgrounds and abilities. Students should be informed about the outcomes of their learning objectives. Determine and choose methods and instructional resources to meet the diverse needs of students. Create a positive learning environment by organising the classroom and instructional resources.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of and responsibility for promoting numeracy and literacy.
Set homework to help students consolidate and expand their knowledge and understanding.
Use a variety of assessment strategies to track individual student progress.
Classwork, homework, and tests should all be graded.
Participate in the planning of external tests and examinations.
Individual students should receive regular and appropriate feedback on their work.

Requirements:

Early Childhood Education/Education Level 3 Early Childhood Education Diploma
Concern for young children
Already reside in Dubai
1-2 years of teaching experience is required.
Understanding of the EYFS British Curriculum
