About Role:

Assist the engineering manager with new hire engineering orientation and support team members’ refresher training Monitor the competency of each team member and keep track of assessments for those whose validity is about to expire. Maintain a tracker for competency assessments and issue reminders prior to validity expiration. organising meetings and providing scribes for technical meetings, such as sessions on engineering lessons learned Keep records of all trainings, including forms for attendance and on-the-job training. preserve consistency, maintain order in cloud drive folders, etc.


  • Update the team roster with new members and departures.
  • Create a party for the engineering staff.
  • Produce content to post on the company’s internal social media site.
  • Compile fresh candidate resumes for customer review, communicate with project control to get PAAF permission, and communicate with recruitment to get mobilised
  • When necessary, communicate and coordinate with lead and discipline engineers, technical specialists, project managers, and outside parties.


  • A diploma is required, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical assistant or project administrator. preferred bachelor’s degree
  • Good communication abilities and excellent written English. Pay close attention to the details.
  • Team member who is self-assured, organised, driven, and proactive with a “can do” mentality.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate, manage relationships, and effectively interact with coworkers and clients in a multi-cultural setting Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
