About Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Technical Call Center Specialist who will be responsible for recording, administering, and managing incoming customer issues, queries, and complaints, while always striving for customer satisfaction through professional expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, complete resolution of problems reported by clients via phone or email support, through the delivery of parts and/or the scheduling of on-site visits by the Technical Engineers Handle support requests originating from clients and transfer of the resulting parts order to the back office
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to professional technical assistance standards in terms of cost, service quality, and response time.
  • Ensure the collection of market product data
  • Control the collection of product feedback data.
  • Proactively support CATs to reduce support costs.
  • Incoming cases (technical issues and queries) and customer complaints are effectively recorded and managed.
  • To meet customer SLAs, act as first-line troubleshooting and timely escalation.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service support role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening, are required.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practises
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to various personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and effectively manage time
