About Role:

Painting and decorating of the exterior and interior as needed Repairing wall damage and filling small cracks and holes Restoring wallpaper and decorative finishes Respond to all reactive maintenance requests within the timeframes specified in service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the cleanliness and usability of equipment and tools
Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Take the initiative to solve problems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of materials received. Ensure that painted areas are clearly marked and, if necessary, cordoned off. Record keeping and detailed work reports are required.
Flexible availability for 24-hour standby duty and emergency response

Requirements:

GED or high school diploma.
Technical certification is required.
Basic computer programme knowledge, including MS Office and database systems.
Knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals is required.
Outstanding communication abilities.
Capability to work under close supervision.
Reading and interpreting technical data.
Excellent time management abilities.
