About Role:

Waiters assist restaurant patrons by taking their orders, serving requested meals to tables, and preparing bills at the end of the meal. Waiters are also responsible for asking customers if they are satisfied with their meal and offering assistance if they are not.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and distribute menus.
Customers’ meal and beverage orders are taken and placed in the kitchen.
Make menu recommendations and notify customers of any specials.
When meals and beverages are ready, they are delivered to tables.
Check to see if the customers are happy with their meal.
When tables are requested, prepare the bill.

Requirements:

Endurance to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Work schedule flexibility.
The ability to remain calm and professional in the face of difficult customers.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Coordination is required to transport plates or trays without dropping anything.
