About Role:

To ensure that guests receive the highest level of personalised service at all times, to report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if an immediate solution cannot be found, and to ensure guest follow-up. It is critical to be aware of hotel activities and to properly hand over pending points for the next shift’s follow up and action.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and distribute menus.
Customers’ meal and beverage orders are taken and placed in the kitchen.
Make menu recommendations and notify customers of any specials.
When meals and beverages are ready, they are delivered to tables.
Check to see if the customers are happy with their meal.
When tables are requested, prepare the bill.
Pay bills and double-check that the correct amount was paid.
If necessary, change to tables.

Requirements:

Responsible for hosting and serving all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking and dining experience, as well as creating lasting memories and relationships.
You will bring our restaurant concepts to life by interacting with our guests with your own personal flair and style.
You should ideally have a degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management.
A minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations is required.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
