About Role:

We are looking for a meticulously coordinated warehouse operations assistant to promote the safe and timely achievement of delivery-related objectives. The warehouse operations assistant is responsible for reviewing shipping documentation, unloading merchandise, and carrying out local deliveries. You should also be in charge of cleaning.

Responsibilities:

In charge of maintaining the F&B stock for day-to-day operations.
Receives supplies in accordance with the LPO.
Checks received for supplies in terms of weight, size, specifications, expiry date, and so on.
Issue stock based on PRF and FIFO.
Maintain accurate monthly physical stock of consumables and F&B.
All consumable issuing forms (PRFs, GRNs) must be entered into the ERP system.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
2 – 4 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the event management industry.
