About Role:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting back-of-house operations and maintaining the flow of stocks and products, as well as receiving, stowing, and issuing products on time.

Responsibilities:

Assist the supervisor in ensuring that all orders are shipped in the correct quantity.
Ensure that an accurate inventory count is performed and that the correct inventory level is maintained.
Store the items that have been received in the designated bins and record the receipts in bin cards, SAP system.
Notify and document any damages.
Ensures that all equipment undergoes preventive maintenance and that pallet walkers and forklifts are manoeuvred in a safe manner.
Follow ADFCA guidelines as well as the company’s hygiene policy.
Ensure that the system has real-time inventory and that receipts and issue outs are recorded promptly and correctly.
To continuously review and implement lean processes and comply with completion of the daily checklist.

Requirements:

Experience in warehousing or a catering warehouse is required.
Diploma or high school diploma
Inventory Management
SAP knowledge and current relevant experience
