About Role:

Assure that goods are received, kept, and distributed in accordance with corporate rules and procedures while upholding the highest standards for quality and safety.
As per established protocols, maintain accurate and timely documentation of every transaction in the applicable system, report, or application.


  • Control all orders that are packed and “ready for shipment” by doing thorough quality and quantity checks, and make sure that the entire paperwork process is finished.
  • Execute the loading process and make sure that the required safety and hygiene precautions are taken in accordance with the rules and procedures for safety, hygiene, and quality.
  • To prevent any damage to the goods during transport, make sure that vehicles are loaded in an organised manner and that the cargo is secured properly.
  • Check the merchandise after it has been unpacked for quantity, quality, defects, expiration date, and other defined parameters in accordance with the receiving procedure. Immediately report any discrepancies.
  • According to the type of item and its size, move and store it in the proper location on the shelf without causing any damage.
  • Support the packing procedure and make sure that the right materials are used, that nothing was harmed while being packaged, and that no expired products were added.
  • Regularly check the shelves’ and the warehouse’s technological condition, and report any damages or faults right away.
  • Make sure all transactions are supported by the necessary documentation, put procedures in place to verify that documents are accurate and full, and notify the Supervisor right once of any discrepancies.


  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.

  • The capacity to foresee and resolve issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
  • Time management skills.
  • Competent with inventory management and data entry programmes and systems.
