About Role:

BFL Group is seeking a Procurement Warehouse Helper to assist the procurement team in ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of inbound and outbound deliveries, as well as inventory maintenance of non-trade items in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Under the procurement department, receive inbound deliveries of non-trade items.
In accordance with the purchase orders, check the quality, quantity, and product specifications.
Validate physical receipts against supplier invoices, delivery notes/packing lists, purchase orders, and system receipts.
Maintaining records in the system and storing inventory in proper bin locations.
Upon receipt of approved orders, dispatch goods to the appropriate department/location and follow-up with requesters on receipts.

Requirements:

2 years relevant work experience in the retail industry is preferred.
Working hard and being meticulous while maintaining a positive attitude
Forklift operators must be trained and licenced.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
