About Role:

Order, receive, and inspect shipments of goods and materials from local suppliers for defects or damages, ensuring delivery of requested quantity; report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor. Multimedia Specific: Inspect goods received for defects or damages, ensuring that the requested quantity is delivered, and reporting any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that goods/materials are stored properly in the warehouse in accordance with stock management standards and/or any updated Warehouse Manager rules.
Multimedia Specific: Upon receipt of a requisition, locate and issue stored items to ensure that the correct items are promptly supplied to meet operational needs.
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, conduct regular stock checks to ensure that inventory records match physical items stored in the warehouse/storage yards.
Routinely inspect, clean, and maintain lifting and stacking equipment to minimise unplanned operational interruptions and to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
To ensure the highest standards of warehousing operations, ensure that all operating, safety, environmental, and quality procedures are followed.

Requirements:

1-2 years of related work experience as a high school graduate
Ms Office proficiency
