About Role:

The ideal candidate will be in charge of warehouse operations. These operations include creating a packing list, managing inventory, planning deliveries, and dismantling and resending event stock to the warehouse. Your goal will be to improve operational efficiency while also ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

Inventory tracking and management
Inspect the warehouse and keep it clean and safe.
Manage warehouse personnel by evaluating performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-effective work-flow processes.
Plan the number of trucks needed based on the needs of the event.
Coordination of delivery orders/packing lists with event planners.
Plan the number of outsourced employees required for each event and keep track of their schedules.

Requirements:

2-3 years of warehouse experience required with a high school diploma or GED.
Microsoft Office product knowledge (Excel and Word)
