About Role:

Inventory must be managed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Vehicles are distributed on time. Protect your assets and stock. Warehouse personnel should be trained and developed.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and implementation of best-practice warehouse strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Maintain an efficient warehouse operation capable of meeting operational and customer demand.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and ensuring that the team understands and practises them at all times.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
To ensure that customer deliverables are fully met, adopt a zero-tolerance attitude towards deviation from quality processes.
Understand customer needs and ensure alignment with business needs/commitments.
Plan future capacity needs in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.

Requirements:

Graduate degree (preferably in logistics or commerce).
Proven management abilities, including the ability to maximise team performance and development.
Capability to build, lead, and motivate a team to achieve goals.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager in an automotive vehicle or parts warehouse is required.
