About Role:

Manage the warehouse in accordance with the goals and policies of the company. control operations, warehousing, distribution, and receiving. Control the daily operations of the warehouse, including quality control, inventory management, room planning, logistics, floor output, shipping, and customer service. To achieve maximum efficiency, schedule and direct the warehouse workforce and control the quantity and calibre of work.

Responsibilities:

Regularly monitor general maintenance, control inventory, and manage inventory.
For administrative purposes, create monthly budgets and communicate with suppliers and transportation providers. Meeting frequently with warehouse leads to assess productivity and create workable loss prevention methods
oversee and manage logistics for product delivery to clients and business locations, coordinating with delivery personnel and air partners to ensure timely package delivery.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or another qualification
at least 5 years of experience managing staff in the same capacity
A candidate with demonstrable hands-on expertise in FMCG and pharmaceutical distribution operations is preferred.
Experienced in overseeing a warehouse, upholding business standards and rules, managing inventory and overseeing employees, and managing the order cycle
