Description/Responsibilities:

• Ensure all security training materials align with exact UAE security licensing requirements and local police guidelines
• Teach communication, conflict de-escalation, and professional conduct appropriate for Dubai and UAE standards
• Train officers on first aid, CPR, firefighting, and building evacuation procedures
• Administer exams and performance tests to ensure trainees are fully prepared for operational deployment and official licensing board
• Stay current with the latest physical and cybersecurity threats to keep training modules updated and effective.

Qualification/Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant degree.
• 2-5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE security regulations.
• Proficient in MS office.
