Description/Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm, polished, and personalised welcome, setting the tone for a refined luxury stay
• Manage arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring accuracy, smooth processing, and an effortless guest journey
• Build genuine rapport with guests, offering a calm, attentive, and professional presence throughout their stay
• Manage room allocations, preferences, and special requests with precision and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer support, recommendations, and solutions
• Maintain precise records in PMS systems, ensuring all guest information and billing details are correct
• Handle guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating where required to ensure swift resolution

Qualification/Requirement:

• A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience) is preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional standards
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality (luxury hotel or resort front office), delivering refined and discreet guest service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, natural guest approach
• High level of accuracy in handling guest data, billing, and room allocations
• Strong coordination skills across departments to ensure seamless guest
