Editorial & Verification Policy

EHSS.AE is an independent employment-information publisher. This page explains how we handle sourcing, freshness, corrections and job-seeker safety.

Source hierarchy

For employer and vacancy information, EHSS prefers sources that can be traced back to the organization responsible for the opportunity. These can include an employer’s official careers website, an official vacancy page, an employer-controlled recruitment channel, or information submitted by an employer or authorized recruiter.

Government or official authority sources are preferred for regulatory or employment-rule information. Salary and benefit figures that are not published by the employer are treated as guidance or estimates rather than as an employer-confirmed offer.

What we check before publication

EHSS reviews the employer or organization name, role or topic, location, application destination and important eligibility details that are available to us. For direct employer or recruiter submissions, the submitter is required to confirm that they are authorized to provide the vacancy and that the application information is accurate.

Time-sensitive details can still change after publication. Employers can close, pause, replace or edit vacancies without notice, so readers should always re-check the employer or authorized application destination before applying.

Dates, freshness and source notes

Published and updated dates are shown where available. On current job listings, EHSS also exposes the listing’s most recent update and the type of application source available in the listing data. These signals help readers judge freshness; they do not guarantee that an employer has kept a vacancy open after the page was last updated.

Authorship and editorial responsibility

Editorial articles display the responsible author byline when author information is available from the publishing system. Author profile pages explain the contributor’s role on EHSS and collect that contributor’s published work. EHSS does not add professional credentials that the contributor has not supplied.

Corrections and updates

If a job closes, an application route changes, or a factual error is identified, EHSS may update, clarify or remove the affected information. Readers, employers and authorized representatives can report an issue through the Contact EHSS page. Material corrections should be reflected through the page’s updated date where the publishing system supports it.

Independence and job-seeker safety

EHSS is not the hiring employer unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Employers and authorized recruiters make hiring decisions. EHSS does not charge job seekers for applications, interviews, visas or offer letters, and readers should be cautious of payment requests, guaranteed-job claims and unofficial contacts asking for sensitive financial information.

Use of AI and publishing tools

EHSS may use software and AI-assisted tools for research support, formatting, organization and editing. Human review remains part of the publication workflow for job content. Read the AI Usage Policy for additional detail.
