Job Summary:
The Car Courier is responsible for handling the collection and dispatch of documents according to pre-defined rules and regulations in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Follows appropriate service etiquette (greeting and welcome, tone of voice) to support and provide service to customers.
- Manages difficult customer situations, responding promptly to the needs of the customers; identifies and escalates issues as and when required.
- Provides required guidance and information to customers using the available resources.
- Ensure timely collections and Pick Ups at the specific Client location.
- Obtain signatures and payments or arrange for recipient to make payments
- Coordinate with dispatch for delivery
- Detect and report missing, incorrect paperwork, undeliverable consignment
- Coordinate with Operations for timely pick- up and delivery of shipments
- Track Collections against pick ups
- Ensure all deliveries are as per the delivery schedules
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
