About Role:
This position is vital to the seamless operation of both local and regional teams, providing crucial administrative and clerical support across various departments. The role involves ensuring the smooth flow of daily activities by offering assistance with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and more. A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role. You will report directly to the Sales & Operations Manager for the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:
Here are the main responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and overseeing correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as required.
- Support the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Keep files, records, and databases up-to-date, ensuring information is accurate and properly filed.
- Assist in organizing and executing special projects, events, and conferences as assigned.
- Monitor and manage office inventory, ensuring supplies are ordered in a timely manner to maintain stock levels.
- Help maintain departmental calendars, track important dates, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments to ensure coordination and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials as required.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating orientation and processing necessary paperwork.
- Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Conduct research and compile data for team use when necessary.
- Perform any other duties that are assigned by the supervisor or manager.
