About Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee and maintain office operations by managing communications, supplies, and equipment. This role involves receiving and distributing communications, picking up and delivering items, serving customers, and ensuring proper document filing. Additionally, the Office Administrator will manage the car fleet, monitor driver activities, arrange schedules, and control attendance.

Responsibilities:

Here are the main responsibilities:

  1. Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other required documents.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls or forward messages.
  3. Review and analyze incoming memos, letters, submissions, and reports for significance and appropriate distribution.
  4. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  5. File and retrieve project documents, records, and reports.
  6. Supervise office drivers and coordinate their daily tasks.
  7. Approve attendance for office drivers.
  8. Manage the pick-up and drop-off of personnel and guests.
  9. Assist with activities such as coordination between departments, reviewing reports, conducting studies, and handling correspondence.
  10. Provide information between departments as requested.
