Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office members.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy document retrieval.
- Assist with the preparation, editing, and proofreading of reports, documents, presentations, and other materials.
- Oversee office inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support client billing processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Maintain the company calendar, track deadlines, and follow up on tasks.
- Handle routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Foster a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Requirements:
