Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities include:

1. Welcome customers warmly as they enter and exit the store.
2. Accurately process transactions using cash registers, handling cash, credit, and debit payments with precision.
3. Issue receipts, manage returns and exchanges according to store policies.
4. Address customer inquiries and provide helpful assistance.
5. Keep the checkout area tidy and organized.
6. Reconcile the cash register at the end of your shift, reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
7. Assist with bagging and packing purchases.
8. Stay informed about store promotions and apply discounts or coupons as needed.
9. Monitor and replenish stock in the checkout area.
10. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the efficient store operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a cashier role or customer service is advantageous.
