We’re in search of a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless interaction between our Customer Service Team and our valued clients, encompassing order processing, complaint management, general administration, and information provision. Responsibilities:

Here are the main responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently managing order receipt to prioritize timely processing and foster positive customer interactions and relationships.
  2. Excelling in the order-to-cash process, with a focus on flawless order processing.
  3. Registering and processing customer orders received via various channels, such as electronic mail, phone, or other customer touchpoints.
  4. Ensuring accurate and complete order processing, including transfer to logistics partners.
  5. Escalating issues related to delivery, documentation, or invoicing to the Supervisor.
  6. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and striving to resolve complaints effectively.
  7. Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of customers and products to offer suitable solutions to their needs.
  8. Proposing improvements to work processes.
  9. Managing the registration, filing, and archiving of customer service-related documentation.
  10. Facilitating cooperation between customer service and field force teams regarding order administration.
  11. Collaborating closely with Planning and Logistics functions to maintain consistency in customer service approach across the organization.
  12. Adhering to corporate and site policies/procedures, including HS&E standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  13. Handling responsibilities for another Business Unit in addition to the current Powder BU.

Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in B2B customer services is preferred; however, fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with strong numerical and data management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure, adhere to strict deadlines, multitask, and communicate effectively within a team environment.
