About Role:
This Finance Manager position supports the ALM Manager by managing the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) functions of the business and maintaining relationships with the Automotive Divisional FP&A and Group Treasury.

Responsibilities:
Here are the main responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing asset and liability strategies that optimize the company’s return, following ALM Committee guidelines.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of asset and liability mismatches, managing short- and medium-term financing structures.
- Develop risk measures, perform scenario analysis and stress testing, and implement mitigating actions to manage and report material risks.
- Prepare biweekly cash flow reports for financial services entities and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Partner with the business team to improve liquidity, exceed budget targets, and manage working capital.
- Manage daily cash balances and surplus cash for the other assets.
- Understand and manage accounting procedures related to debt and equity funding.
- Support the preparation of fiscal records, financial plans, policies, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, consolidate, and finalize the Strategic Plan and its financial implications (P&L, BS, CF, Medium Term Funding Plan).
- Prepare, consolidate, and finalize budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with DOA by reviewing documentation (e.g., banking mandates, dealing mandates, account opening and closing).

Requirements:
Here are the qualifications and skills required:
- Qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA, CFA).
- Understanding of forex and treasury accounting, including FX, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive or banking.
- Strong understanding of cash flow principles and forecasting, with a focus on direct cash flow.
- Experience in managing balance sheet risks and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with global finance teams.
- Knowledge of the financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments.
- Proven ability and capable to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong capabilities in complex financial modeling.
