Kanad, also known as Oasis, first opened its doors in 1960, bringing international healthcare standards to Al Ain. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan invited Marian Kennedy and Doctor Pat Kennedy as Christian missionaries to the Al Ain.
