Your responsibilities will encompass effectively overseeing executive tasks, facilitating communication channels, and maintaining seamless operations within our dynamic consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities:

Here are the main responsibilities:

  1. Manage the executive’s schedule, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  2. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as needed.
  3. Prepare and revise correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive professionally.
  5. Attend meetings alongside the executive, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  6. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare the briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
  7. Handle secret information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  8. Assist with personal tasks and errands, such as scheduling appointments and managing household affairs.
  9. Manage administrative duties including filing, expense tracking, and invoicing.
  10. Anticipate the executive’s needs and provide proactive support to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar job role.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Good Knowledge and Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
