About Role:

We are seeking a cashier with exceptional customer service abilities who is quick and courteous. The cashier will scan the customer’s purchases, check that the quantities and pricing are correct, receive payments, issue receipts, respond to questions, and give customers useful information about the products, specials, or item location. You’ll also look after complaints, manage returns or exchanges, and keep your workstation tidy.

Responsibilities:

welcoming clients, addressing their inquiries, assisting them in locating goods, and offering suggestions or counsel.
running cash registers, scales, scanners, and other electronic equipment.
creating reports for credit and debit sales, as well as balancing the till.
accepting payments, verifying that all costs and amounts are correct, and providing each customer with a receipt.

Requirements:

equivalent to a high school diploma.
Experience with the cashier or customer service.
ability to accurately and responsibly handle transactions.
a lot of enthusiasm and excellent customer service abilities.
basic computer and math abilities.
To deliver outstanding service, one must be able to stand, walk, lift large objects, and collaborate with other team members in a fast-paced atmosphere.
a focus on the details.
a considerate, helpful approach to handling issues.
