About Role:

A crew member is a member of a team that performs specific roles and duties in a variety of industries. Their work primarily entails seasonal or year-round customer service and/or physical labour. Crew members are typically employed by airlines, restaurants, resorts, and ships.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the customer service standards.
Condiments should be cleaned and prepared.
To achieve the budgeted sales target.
Does not leave the work area without first informing the cashier/outlet manager.
Carry out all side duties assigned by the outlet in charge.
They are responsible for the cleanliness of the outlet when the Supervisor/Manager is not present.
To understand food and menu terminology.

Requirements:

A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.
Additional training may be required.
Friendly, dependable, and on time.
Excellent communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
flexibility in working hours (day and night shifts).
I like working with people.
