About Role:

Manages the Customer Service team effectively; develops and maintains exceptional customer relationships; and ensures impeccable customer service at all times. Ensures that the team is prepared to respond to customer inquiries, meet KPIs, release billing reports, and send relevant documents to customers. Trains customer service representatives on legal requirements, customer KPIs, proper customer service, and email etiquette.

Responsibilities:

Ensures that all customer-specific KPIs are met and maintains clear and comprehensive records.
Monitors team productivity (operations and customer service) and takes action to improve planning and resource allocation.
Oversees inventory records and location for cost accounting to ensure adherence to warehouse and distribution procedures are followed; should implement best storage practises to make the best use of available space.

Requirements:

You must have prior experience working for a 3PL.
As part of your logistics position, you must have managed customer service.
You must have prior experience managing an FMCG or food products warehouse.
