About Role:

He is in charge of developing security measures and ensuring the overall security of the organization’s members.Assistant security managers assist in the development and writing of security policies and procedures for the security department, oversee all necessary training modules and procedures for security personnel, and provide protection to important people when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and oversee any security arrangements.
Create, supervise, and carry out orders as needed.
Develop reporting procedures for security incidents.
Aid in the creation of evacuation and medical plans.
Participate in and coordinate the security response to calls for help.
Command and control the security staff at all times, ensuring that all work is done safely and in accordance with the Hledan centre Management team’s directives.

Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s degree will suffice.
Must have at least two years of experience in the relevant field.
Excellent oral communication skills.
When interacting with customers, suppliers, and residents, a positive, solution-oriented personality is required.
Strong creative outlook.
When the need arises, the ability to solve practical problems quickly and efficiently is required.
