About Role:

In our healthcare facility, we are looking for a well-organized nursing supervisor to train and supervise nursing staff. The nursing supervisor is also in charge of department budgets, patient complaints, and assigning nurses to shifts.

Responsibilities:

Employees must be hired and trained.
In charge of nursing staff supervision.
Manage the funds allotted to the department.
Keep an eye on department resources and order any necessary equipment.
Employees must be disciplined.
Assign shifts to nurses.

Requirements:

A master’s degree in nursing.
At least 5 years of nursing experience is required.
A current nursing licence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to discipline employees.
Multitasking ability.
Outstanding time management abilities.
